We had to do take out because of the pandemic but the food was hot, and the food was so good! It tasted very fresh
The attendants were very virtuous and followed all the “rules” we have now and I am so thankful they are doing this service the wings are amazing

My family loves your wings and will continue to be a customer. However, I think you have a quality control issue at the New Garden location. We ordered takeout on Saturday night and got 2 of the 25 Wing Special. The chips were way undercooked and they mixed up the labeling on the wings (I got hot BBQ and my sons got mild BBQ. We didn't notice it until about mid-way through eating them, which means the heat wasn't consistent). We've also been having issues with light sauce amounts on the last several take out orders and the wings were a bit over cooked. I realize this is a very challenging environment to work in due to COVID-19 and that probably contributed to the quality on the most recent order. I just think there may be some issues that I've seen in the last 6 months and wanted to let you know. Thanks and good luck!
They are absolutely amazing. In the mist of the Covid - 19 outbreak they were the only restaurant to appreciate our business. They even attached a thank you note to our receipt. I cannot wait for the day when we can dine in again.
Food was great. Service was also good. All things at this location have much improved since the reopening

We did not dine in because of the Corona Virus. We called in and placed a order for 40 wings and salads. It was nice to have it ready on time and to have the manager bring it to the car.

The wings were fine. The chips, were not cooked all the way through. The ones on top were crispy and had seasoning. The ones underneath were wet, no seasoning and tasted like boiled potatoes. I knew they were not prepared as they usually are because I have purchased them before. I love to support my local restaurants, however I would at least like for them to continue to cook consistently as I intentionally reach out to support them. If times were different, I would of called to share our displeasure with the chips that were not fully cooked/crisp.
I actually feel safer cooking at home, but will continue to try other restaurants and maybe come back to ECWs when we get through these trying times. Thanks for asking for our feedback.

This is the 2nd time in a row that I've ordered the fried green beens and was not given any lava ranch. The menu description states it comes with that, but I didn't receive any dipping sauce both times I've placed a mobile order.
Double check orders
The salad was missing the cheese and bacon. When I didn’t want the tomatoes or green peppers.
The buffalo wings were sitting in a oil bath.
The garlic Parmesan wings were dry and just had Parmesan sprinkled on them no garlic at all.
The chips were great!
And the philly egg rolls were soggy on a wilted bed of lettuce, with almost no filling. A complete waste of almost 50.00$
We had takeout and it was delicious as always! Can’t wait to go back to the restaurant after social isolates lifted.
