Good food, cold beer, great staff
Food was great but for some reason my order that was supposed to be curbside pickup at 5:40 pm after 3 phone calls and 3 trips in the store I walked out at 6:55 with my food which was only 15 wings and tater tots. I think Management needs to revisit the system they have in place during these times.
We love the food, friendly customer service and everything about the Denver NC location of East Coast Wings. We cannot wait to go in and dine but in the meantime the curbside carry out is wonderful
Carry out only they do a great job waiting for them to open back up so we can go back in and set down to enjoy the great staff and be able to talk with them thanks for ever thing you do to serve great food be safe see you soon. My hat goes off to you and your staff for your service. They are heros for the food industry. Be safe and clean later

Wings could be fried a bit crispier. The skin seems to get a little slimy once you start adding certain flavors that are wet.

The food was still great like usual but it took a lot longer than they said it would and you could tell it was kind of rushed.

We ordered wings, chips, and tacos, we ordered extra carrots to go with our celery and carrots that come the wings. We got zero celery and carrots. We did not get our ranch dressing. Ordered beer cheese for chips. Did not get the cheese either, Food tasted great as always. But our receipt was correct but our order was missing four things. Disappointed

I placed order around 4pm to be ready at 715PM, when we got there to pick up our order we hadto wait an hour for our food to be brought out. 3 hours should be plenty of time to have an order ready at a certain time! If I wanted to wait an hour for my food I would have ordered when I arrived! Not sure at this point what would justify the wait time when there should not have been a wait time!
I provided a comment through the website earlier today.
To repeat: I placed my order at 6:05 PM and was told the order would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived at 6:45 and paid for my order. I then had to stand and wait until 7:10 PM to receive my order. Because of the current health situation I did not wait to check my order. When I arrived home and unpacked the bag I did not have the requested carrots and celery and extra ranch dressing. My recommendation is to have adequate staff to handle the take out order business. There was one person working the front counter (taking orders, bringing orders out, etc) Other customers were making comments about the extended wait times and incorrect orders (missing items).
My ticket number was 112 dated 4/17/20.

When we can eat inside-really like the service but the takeout is really fast and courteous
The philly had no meat and was completely try. The wings were cold and had barley any sauce. Chips were burnt, salads were good though.

I selected curbside pick up and was on hold for over 10 minutes to let someone know I was there for my order. I watched multiple people get served while I was on hold. I arrived early hoping my food would be hot. It was cold. We typically love the food but very disappointed this time.

Waited over 30 minutes for an online order that I put to be picked up at a certain time. Got home and I over half of my order was wrong.
