I have already spoken to a manager regarding our order last night. We did curbside. Our order said it was ready at 6:51. My husband arrived at the parking lot at 6:54. I had entered his make and model of his truck so he waited for the food to be brought out. After waiting for quite some time he finally went in. The girl at the front asked why he didn't call...he said he wasn't aware he was supposed to. He arrived at my house a little after 8:00. Our food was cold. The order was missing the chip basket and my daughter's chicken tender had a hair in it. The manager apologized and stated there would be a $40 credit for us at the restaurant.

I placed an online order this evening May 8, 2020 to be picked up curbside at 9:45. I arrived around 945 and called the restaurant. Whoever picked up the phone took my name and said they would be right out. Waited 10 minutes, and decided to walk inside considering I had not received my food. Walked in waited another 10 minutes, and was finally greeted and asked about my order. Which was well after 10:10PM. At this point I asked the server how long the food had been sitting there behind the cashier. In which she(the server not the cashier) immediately took offense, and tried to argue with me about not knowing I was there to pick up my order. I walked out with my COLD food. It was not a pleasant experience. I’ve supported ECW since it’s inception in Winston Salem and have supported the franchises. But this was a poor representation of your brand. Which makes me question my loyalty to your company.

I have eaten here several times and the food has always been good but after this visit, I got severely sick and it caused me to throw up all my food and several trips to the bathroom. Highly disappointed as they have always been a great place to eat.

You packed several boxes of food on their sides and the sauce spilled on other boxes and the sides of the bag. Use more bags , don’t stuff bags with your boxes, stack boxes. Also wings were cold. I only live 5 minutes away.

I have been to this East Coast Wings twice now. I don't live in Clemmons, NC. I live bout 8 miles away. The only reason I stopped at this one, I had to go to Staples. I ordered 15 wings and order extra celery. I go sit in the car with my mom. I wait bout 10 minutes and go back in. They handed me my order, but the extra celery was not in the bag. (by the way I had to throw the celery out, it was a little brown and was not fresh). I get to the car and I think to my self I been her before and when I got home. Some of my wings were missing. Of course I didn't go back because I lived to far. So this time I checked my order, sure enough some of my wings were missing. I take my order back in and tell them, I didn't get my 15 wings, there were only 13. Lady behind counter told him to give me 5 more wings. Seems like I never get all my wings from this East Coast Wings Restaurant. I know I will never go back to this one again.
The staff is excellent. The food is amazing.
When I arrived to the restaurant for curbside pick up, no answered the phone to bring my order out. Once I arrived home, I noticed that the “chips” from my wings and chips were not in the bag. I asked for medium and there was no spice out all.
Both thing I ordered were completely burnt they offered to remake the egg roll were good but the chips were completely Raw
