My food was very cold when I got it. Making sure food is bought to the consumer in a quicker manner before it gets cold.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My son and I decided to eat at east coast one night this week because he loves the mac n cheese and I love the chips. The night we went, they were out of the mac n cheese, and the first basket of chips we received were badly burned. I had ordered the bottomless chips so I asked for a new basket and received more burned chips. We didn't eat them so they were removed from my check. I also ordered the 25 wings with 3 flavors and extra hot. The waitress forgot to add the heat level so they didn't have any at all, and she couldn't tell me which flavor was which. Overall horrible experience and I am a frequent customer.
