First time he went there a month ago the chicken tenders for wonderful they were large and nice and moist. The last two times we’ve gone there. They’ve been very small like a little nuggets, overcooked and dry. We were just there yesterday and the chicken tenders were not great. The service was wonderful the woman that was there all by herself was excellent. The chips are good. The fries are good, but the chicken tenders leave a lot to be desired.

Really great customer service here, you can’t order sweet bbq wings on the app so they are very kind when taking orders over the phone and the orders are ready really quick.

ECW is our go-to when we want a variety of items. Prices are reasonable, food is consistently good, personnel are all very nice and efficient. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. A great family restaurant and conveniently located.

They just can't get the condiment order right. I don't know why they seem to think I need 4 containers of ranch dressing and no ketchup with the fries.
Customers inside the restaurant get a receipt when they pay. Why is it that you don't give a receipt on take out orders.

We had a super nice server. She was very attentive. Food was great! Enjoyed the wings and chips.
I received my pickup order covered in a strong cologne or perfume. Additionally, my salad was soaking wet, to the point that water pooled at the bottom of the container. It tasted good, don’t get me wrong, but it was swimming in water. Lastly, my grilled chicken sandwich was tough as nails. I find this to be a common occurrence at this location, where most of the chicken used for the sandwiches and wraps is unchewable it’s so tough. I haven’t visited in a while because of this, but thought maybe with time it’d get better and I could give it another try. Well sadly, I was wrong in hoping that. The chicken is still being nuked in the microwave till it’s unpleasant and inedible in texture.

Bartender said kitchen closed after I argued it was only 8:30 she said would put my order in then phone rang for to go order and she said kitchen closed. I work late and need restaurant with dependable hours. You lost business with this bartender and she wasn’t friendly. Too many restaurants that have better service I can go to and Will from now on.

Your wings are the best wings I have ever had. I’ve never seen so many choices of wing sauces. 100% satisfied every time I eat there or take food out.

Cost of meals is more than I can afford.
Wing sauce not on all sides of product, should be dripping without haven to pay for extra.
