I’ve only ever ordered to-go bone-in chicken ~ and it is always delicious! Cooked well! Great flavor! and ready in a timely manner:)

They have great service from the staff. Always friendly. The food is also great. From burgers to quesadillas and especially the wings.
Normally we have a great experience but this time the winds weren’t edible twice and had to be redone and no manager was informed and we left without eating but paid for old rotten wings

We use to come to eastcoast twice a week! But the last couple of times we’ve had the same waitress ( only this waitress is terrible) the others fantastic! … but she is the tallest one there ( I don’t know her name ) and she’s absolutely terrible! Everytime we come here she’s this way ,We have to repeat the order to her multiple times and the order still comes out wrong but that’s ok it happens sometimes… but the worst is …she NEVER comes to check or do refills … never! We have to go get our own drinks and she still stands there on her personal phone after we walked to the counter with empty drinks! Last time she didn’t give us refills 5 to 10 mins after I walked up there …. I’ve been a waitress and worked for restaurants for 10 years and her behavior with her job is terrible…honestly she ruins this restaurant just but not caring for her job and the customers…. All the other waitresses have to pick up her slack and they deserve a round of applause for that!

Placed a pick up order for 25 wings and chips special and got it back home and the chips were left out and we were over 30 minutes away
The food was always excellent, and we would drive 45 minutes to enjoy it. Unfortunately, this location has been closed for well over a year. Perhaps it is time for a new location?

Supossedly the Wake Forest site was going to be open soon. I get emails but there’s no East Coastwings in Wake Forest.
Hard to recommend when there’s no site to order from.
Be honest with your customers and tell us the truth about a Wake Forest site.
The hard working waitresses and waiters. SELECTION OF Food but having a cup or bowl of soup with your sandwiches. Loaded potato soup, chicken rice or chicken noodle, vegetable beef
Or cream of broccoli cheese. Just a suggestion

All in All East Coast is great and very accommodating. We like the owners too, they are all great along with all the workers.
It seems understaffed at times. Tables not being cleaned off very quickly after someone leaves. All while people wait to be seated.
The quality of the food is not consistent. The skin on the wings was chewy.
Great service & very friendly. Food took a little long but was delicious.

This is my favorite ECW restaurant. The staff is always professional, attentive and friendly. The food is delicious every time.
Items are consistently missing from the pick up orders. Site appears to be understaffed. Cleanliness has declined in recent visits. We really like the food , but the experience has not been good recently
