Great food, terrific service, outstanding restaurant
The Buffalo Chicken wrap was a terrible disappointment. Only half of it had any chicken, and not very much at that. The other half was lettuce and ranch. I took a picture. Super expensive for less than half of something. At the very least I’d least I’d like my money back. I’ve never had this problem at any other location.
1) Waitress was not very attentive, she had tunnel vision and did not check on us. 2) Ordered an Angry Orchard on tap, and 1st one was great. Ordered another one, and they brought out something that was not an Angry Orchard. When we told them it was not an Angry Orchard they argued but took it back. Then the waitress came back and said the bartender had hooked up the lines wrong, and it was another beer. When she returned with a new Angry Orchard, it was still a different beer, and at this point she still seemed to think we were lying, and we cancelled our cider order. I do not think they bled the lines and the incorrect beer was still in the lines when they poured ours. She was not apologetic and was not concerned we cancelled and lost additional sales.

The service, friendly atmosphere, food. I love that our waiter recommended items and gave his opinion. He was also willing to make a different sauce if we didn't like what can with the dish.

This was one of our best visits in a while. The waitress was very attentive, even having what seemed like the majority of the bar area to take care of by herself. Food was really good too. Very fresh. The lettuce was fresh. Been before when it was brown.
I come to your restaurant on Thursday's because of the wing deal. I dont come as often as I use to because of the food quality and inconsistencies. Wings come out cold and over fried/overcooked. Wings are hard to hite let alone chew. Wings come out barley warm and sauce is cold. The celery is turning brown and sometimes dirty. The staff is good. I will say some of your best servers are no longer there. They would make sure my food was is how it should be!

The service is good and the food is great, however all the tables are designed for groups to eat. I tend to eat alone at lunch. I kind of feel bad taking a booth or a table for four when I eat. Maybe set up a couple of tables for 2?

My dad was last there and they screwed up on the order and he flipped out! The workers are either doing it on purpose to be spiteful, because I put in a BAD review or they just do not care!

$15+ is too much for 3 chicken tenders, chips, and a drink. And, that doesn’t even include a tip. I use to eat at Eastcoast 3+ per month, but it’s just become too expensive. I only came there this time because a friend wanted it.
