We usually go to the Kannapolis location and the service and wait times for food were well below expectations. Probably won’t go back to this location. Just not a very good experience !
Good friendly service and food
Usually you're great. Last night there was no kids menu on the back of the coloring page. The waiter was really struggling, he didn't seem to know what to do or ask about the food we were ordering. We tried to get a frozen drink because there was a special in them and they only had one which wasn't very good. We had to insist we could add an extra flavor to the wings meal. He also only offered Apple juice for the kids meal and when we asked if we could have lemonade he said yes and then upcharged us without letting us know. When our bottomless chips came out I asked for a side of ranch with them and needed to ask three times We were only brought individual plates when we asked. Getting water refills was difficult. We weren't offered any carrots or celery with the wings. Every thing that we normally really enjoy was missing. It was a single. I hope you redeem yourself on our next visit or we'll likely stop visiting.
Easy to order through the app, great customer service, and the food tasted great. I’ll definitely order again!
Our server Olivia was great! Super friendly and attentive. The wings were fresh and delicious. Only disappointment was you were out of jerk sauce—one of my faves.

Friendly waitress and good food
Went in and got my food, brought to car and checked it, realized several things missing, had to go back inside and she failed to give me my second bag, so I then got it. Got home, realized my Buffalo shrimp meal
actually had no Buffalo sauce on it. Furthermore, a Buffalo shrimp salad I purchased also had no Buffalo sauce on it. I had ordered a hot honey sauce, didn’t even receive that. The onion rings were not tasty at all and that was my one side item with my buffalo shrimp, that I also didn’t eat, so I had nothing to eat for dinner. The bare shrimp on the salad was unappealing to my daughter who also didn’t eat her meal. My husband ordered the steak and cheese and he did not enjoy it at all. The burger was supposed to have a special sauce on it, it did not. The wings and funnel cake fries were the only acceptable items we ordered. I spent e timely too much money on this meal and won’t be coming back again
Food was good. Portion and price were good. Wr have been twice now and really enjoyed it both times. Wait staff was friendly. We had a friend with us who has a soybean oil sensitivity. The staff checked and let us know they use canola oil. Our friend had the whole menu opened to her. She wants to return when visiting next time.

The food is fantastic! I love the chicken avocado flatbread! Atmosphere is nice with a great staff!
Very slow service for takeout, especially on a Sunday afternoon when it was not busy. Missing dipping sauce that was requested and on the receipt. Wing quality was mediocre for the money. Chips and tenders were good.

Food is always great and staff is exceptional. They are friendly, polite, and accurate when taking orders. They are good about checking in and making sure drinks are filled. I really enjoy East Coast Wings!

Service was slow, food quality was less than what I am use to getting at other ECW locations
We got the two sandwiches for $20. It was too much food, but I ate it all anyway.
