Food was great as always and our server, Takara was very accommodating and friendly as always. We’ve had her as our server for at least three times now, and every single time she would take good care of us with a smile on her face. She is surely one of your best employees and employees like her are one of the reasons why we keep coming back to eat at this particular branch.

As expected
The manager Jeff was a big help with me never actually receiving my food. The overall experience was terrible. He made sure I received my refund after the situation. Was never able to track my order, no information was given on why order was not received. Used to eat here regularly but the online ordering experience has definitely changed my mind about ordering here in the future unless I decide to dine in. Which is no longer a convenient option. The driver that was assigned order marked as delivered and I checked entire complex and no order was available after 2 hours of waiting. Need to change delivery service if possible.

I have to order online for pickup for lunch when I order. Now there are no lunch combos and I am paying twice as much. What happened to the website? I will not be coming back until this is fixed because money is tight and I cannot afford to pay for everything piece by piece. Alot of people are on their phones when I go in to pick up and the place really could use a deep clean. The windows look like a toddler had food all over the hands and just went crazy and this has been maintained since last time I said something. I appreciate the convenience but the lunch combos not being available and the lack of cleanliness make me feel like money wasted. Good luck in the years to come.
We have eaten here many times. However, on Thursday, April 16th we ate there. I ordered wings and a salad. When I took several bites of my salad something tasted off. I believe it was the cucumber. I quit eating it and resumed eating my other food. Later that night, I got violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea etc. I was very sick for three days and am just now able to eat. Needless to say, we will not be back for awhile and I will never
order another salad.
The older lady that works take out is really sweet. Love to see her when I come in to get my to go orders during the week. She's rocking it. Not sure if her name though I do know she drives a good way to come to work. I do wish ya have more on the lunch specials too.
