Mike was a terrific inspector. He clearly communicated the process for his inspection and what we could expect from him during the process. He was thorough of his review of the house and in his explanation of things he saw. At no point did I feel that any question or concern of mine was too small or an inconvenience to him. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends, and my family that was there for the inspection also were so impressed that they plan to use him in the future!

Dan Fournier was exceptional with his communication and extreme details of his inspection of my home. Because of his work- I was able to receive news about my home that I would have other missed, and causing me thousands of dollars out of pocket after my home builders warranty expires.
