JD left no stone unturned, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional attention to detail that he provided.

From the outset, JD was professional and friendly. He demonstrated both comprehensive knowledge and a genuine care for the integrity of the home. He thoroughly examined the property and highlighted issues that could have otherwise easily been overlooked, potentially causing significant problems in the future. For example, he found hidden water damage and old termite damage behind insulation that I would have never seen.

Moreover, JD also revealed a leaking issue in the chimney - an aspect that could've led to severe complications. His thorough inspection provided insight to other specialists (eg. Chimney inspector) so that they could find specialized issues more efficiently.

Beyond his inspection, JD provided a wealth of advice and guidance on areas where I could mitigate some of the more minor issues. For example, fixing amateur plumbing, enhancing the safety of the deck, and on waterproofing the windows (which he identified as having a known defect from the 1980s manufacturer) were incredibly helpful. These practical suggestions were not only cost-effective but also help not feeling completely overwhelmed with issues.
