We used Highland Home Inspections as first time home buyers back in 2016 and just had JD Pyle come inspect the home we plan to purchase in April. Dan was a great inspector! He took the time to educate me about my house and its features as he did the inspection. I feel more confident now to reach out to contractors to get the things I need addressed because I know the specifics of the work that needs to happen because of the easy to understand way Dan explained things.
