Dan was very thorough in his inspection and his report. The action list with photos that accompanies the report is very helpful; we will be using it to prioritize the repairs that we will have done first. Dan also shared with us that although he was physically unable to inspect part of our attic, once we take ownership of the house he would be willing to come back out and cut through the wall so that he could complete the attic inspection. Dan had done a previous home inspection for us before; we were pleased when we saw that he'd be the one doing the inspection on our new house!

The team at Highland Home Inspections was amazing! We had to schedule an inspection super last minute before our pre-settlement walk, and Rick went out of his way to make it happen within 24 hours. JD was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable—he really took the time to walk us through everything in our new home and answer all our questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a home inspection.
