James is very friendly, helpful, and thorough. After ants kept appearing in our pantry, he turned Sherlock and discovered a nest beneath the garage slab and took care of them.
His predecessor John was the same. Took care of stink bugs and carpenter bees.
Your guys discovered that the builder screwed up in 2000, left a hole in the foundation wall, missed by the inspector and us, but found by rodents and snakes. Yikes. Arrow took care of them and the hole.
