Several things. The local office deals directly with clients as opposed to having to talk to a robot or representative hundreds or thousands of miles from here. The people who apply the products are the same ones each time so they know the property and their clients. They are accommodating and prompt, as well as knowledgeable and take the time to educate us about bugs. Finally, the costs are reasonable and we donāt have to sign up for a long term monthly agreement.
We have been please thus far and have never had to call someone back for an issue

Pete, has been servicing my house for me for over 10 years. Very knowledgeable about the company and the products he uses. He has always been polite and I feel very safe having him in my home. He has always been mindful of my pets in the house, making sure they are not exposed to anything harmful to them.
