The Service Technician, Matthew, is terrific. He's serviced our home for the last few years and has successfully kept us bug free. We don't even consider switching when other companies make their pitch.
The professionalism and knowledge of the 2 people that can to our home was bar none. Completely a different level of service from other services we have used.
Our bug specialist Tommy is always on time, all the while asking if there's anything "out of the ordinary" or problem areas. He's very knowledgeable & covers every corner of our house with his special spray which results in no to very little (and I mean very little) or no bugs in our house. And if there are, they are dead within days or perhaps hours. This tells me that his special cocktail for bugs is working!
I love our bug guy and how thorough he is. I referred my daughter to you and she has not been lucky enough to get a good bug guy. She is still having issues after nine months, which is extremely sad to me because she can’t afford you to begin with and I paid the first two payments to help her out and now she feels like she’s paying money into thin air….
