RYAN WAS VERY THOROUGH AS HE ALWAYS IS. WITH HIS CARE MY BUG PROBLEM ISN'T A PROBLEM AT ALL. SINCE MY FIRST TREATMENT THE ONLY CRITTER FOUND IN MY HOUSE WAS A PEEPER [ TREE FROG] AND HOW HE GOT IN THE HOUSE IS A MYSTERY . I HEARD HIM THAT MORNING AND I THOUGHT HE WAS OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM WINDOW. OUTSIDE CUTTING THE GRASS I LOOKED FOR HIM , NOT FOUND. FINISHED THE GRASS AND AFTER THE SHOWER WENT FOR THE HAIR DRYER AND HE WAS SITTING INSIDE THE SECOND FACEBOWL UNABLE TO KEEP FROM SLIDING BACK IN. TEN MINUTES OF CHASING HIM AROUND THE BATHROOM AND GOT HIM INTO A SOAP BOX AND OUTSIDEWHERE HE BELONGED 1 WAS SOMETHING TO LAUGH AT WHILE RESTING AFTER A YARD DAY!

I love that my service is adaptable to my schedule, and my technician Cory is always courteous and professional. He always calls (or texts which I prefer) to see what time works for me, or if I am available on a certain day. He always comes back if I need him to, but usually I don't need it. He is very thorough and is doing very well. I know he was new last year and very green and shy. He has opened up and has really filled the big shoes Preston left for him to fill. I am VERY HAPPY with Cory.
You come on the day scheduled and on time. You're polite and helpful. And there are only dead bugs in the house should they get that far.
