He’s always professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to share helpful tips for keeping pests under control, which I especially appreciate living in an area where bugs and critters are pretty much inevitable.
He’s thorough, personable, and genuinely seems to care about doing a great job. And honestly, my dog might be Carl’s biggest fan. Every time he pulls up, you’d think his best friend had arrived. 😂

The service personnel always call you first and let you know what day they will come. When the serviceman arrives they come to the door and let you know they are here. If I am not going to be home I let them know. They come anyway, and I know they have been here.
