We have had the same technician for years. His name is James. He is very efficient. Always lets me know the night before when he’s coming and any concerns. I have he addresses. I’m so pleased with the service. I would recommend the company and James to anyone looking for a well run pest control company!

Excellant service
I can not be happier with Klarissa's pest control for inside of the home treated inside and outside as needed. The reason they did not get a 10 was due to an issue with outside weed control application that I believe has now been straightened out. I will monitor and hopefully next year a 10. Still, overall a great company. My concerns were listened to and addressed in my favor, so ongoing weed treatments should be great. A company that listens and addresses concerns is a keeper for me.
