Our house has been mostly bug free since we started using Arrow. We never get ants in the house anymore. We rarely if ever get spiders or roaches either. And I like that our exterminator, Jacob, works with our schedule. He is very respectful of our home and courteous.
Our Technician, Randall takes excellent of our home and goes above and beyond! Randall is the reason we have stayed with Arrow. My son works for another pest control service and has tried many times to get me to switch companies. I explained, we've been with Arrow for 16 years and happy with the service we receive. Not all Technicians are created equal!
