I absolutely Love the fact that if I need something else outside of the normal schedule, I just call when someone comes right out without making it a hassle.
With the service providers, they usually do a fine enough job, but I'm lucky enough that Tammy seems to be one of the usuals or maybe my default person. She always does a super thorough job and gives us really helpful advice and helps us understand all of this, which as a layperson is probably more helpful than those people realize.
