I was not really impressed with the work ethic or job done by Will. He did not show up on time, 3 hours late once without calling until he wanted to show up. I felt that he was not very versed in his job although he managed to get it done. We still had mosquitos for days after treatment.
I was really glad when Mark came back to work! He did a very good job of my mosquito treatment, changed box placements and explained why, as well answered questions about a range of insect questions. Never seemed hurried but got his job done in a fairly short time.
Excellent customer service. My lawn looks great. I often get compliments on my lawn and I tell people to call Arrow.

Hughes Exterminators just treated our new central Florida home, which sits surrounded by Old Florida jungle. Bugs everywhere! I like to call the treatment they put around the outside of the house, "The Ring of Death". So far we have seen DEAD cockroaches (yes, i know the polite term is palmetto bug, but they are giant cockroaches in my book!) outside the house but no live ones! Nothing inside, either, and I want to keep it that way! I will keep using their services forever.
