Kind and professional
Zach is an exceptional technician! He is very personable *and* very professional. He takes to time to greet my dogs then lets me know what he is going to do in the house. He even reports what he has found (My house passed 100% free of pests!) He then takes care of the outside of the house. He checks back with me before he leaves and lets me know when my scheduled extermination is to occur. He also lets me know that if I experience any "pest invasion" before that scheduled date that he would come back and take care of it. Lovely man.
