I have been pleased with the overall service, however I still think that the grass on the north side of the house is sparse and not as healthy looking as on the sought side of the house. The front yard seems to be coming along after having the circle drive installed and hopefully will be in good shape next year.

We have an unusual shaped lot with much of the back yard not being inside our back fence. The yard extends on the west side of the house to the creek. We would like to see the same representative come each time so that we don’t have to be home to walk the property lines with the representative. Also on the east side of the home our property also includes the area between the retainer wall and the neighbors wood fence all the way to the back of the property which means several feet past our fence on the back yard. We explained this to the service rep and he said he would make notes on the property information.

I have been a TruGreen Lawn & Tree & Shrub customer since 2015. Earlier this year my Tree & Shrub specialist, Jon Newton, # 6229, with whom I was very pleased, retired. Since then I have had Sara Clark, #99547, service my trees and shrubs.. While she apparently is relatively new with the firm, I have found her to be very responsive to my customer concerns. I hope that she can continue to maintain my trees and shrubs.
By the way, Rebecca in Customer Service at the North Richland Hills, TX facility is simply superior. She is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS follows through to resolve issues that I have had in the past.

Our tree and shrub technician Andrew Nielsen came out promptly and took care of the service he was performing. He was helpful in explaining what he was doing and how it would help our plants.

I use TruGreen because they provide good service at a fair price. Today, Saturday, 11/16,2019, I had my Tree & Shrub serviced by Sara Clark. This was her first time coming to our residence, and she was friendly, courteous, and explained exactly what she was applying on our Trees and Shrubs. Sara did a great job, and I look forward to her returning again when it's time for our next service.

I like how Daniel Hopkins is kind and thoughtful to help me about anything. If he doesn't know the answer/solution to my question (s) he will tell me and direct me where to get my answer. His work is accurate and timely.

We have always had friendly service and the results of the maintenance is amazing! We are very satisfied with the results. Today Andrew Nielsen was out to do the treatment and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'm always impressed at the level of professionalism the company provides.

You make taking care of my yard so much easier!!!

I don’t believe in my service yesterday was actually done at my residence. I see no evidence that it was done, notes or yard signs, nor did my outside cameras identify anyone coming in the yard. We were not at home until after 1:30. What time did the service technician come by?
