It's consistent. However, it seems I am getting notifications of an impending application no more than a day before the application actually occurs. This doesn't leave much time to reschedule if it is more beneficial for the customer/me.

I was not notified of last week's service. My lawn does not need sulpher.
My regular service rep was Reggie who had done my yard for years. he has since been move to the Southlake area which I understand. I have had other service people come to do my lawn. not very satisfied but understood they were new to their profession. I had to call Tru Green back to service a weed problem and another new person was sent. His name is Joshua Williams. he was fantastic and walked through the yard with me as I explained what I needed. He more than service those areas that needed servicing but walked through whole yard making sure we didn't miss anything. Mr. Joshua Williams is like my original Reggie, helpful, good listener, and has an unquenchable thirst for getting the job done right. if I can't have Reggie back please send Joshua to service my place when needed. thanks
To be honest I was not pleased with the first service call after the representative who sold the product gave me a different impression of what would be done however your second service call with Sara Clark definitely impressed and pleased me. She is not only very professional but has my (and I will assume all customers) best service on her agenda for the day! I truly hope that your company will recognize her efforts. She saved the day for me!
