I have had this service for a few years but had called in to cancel my service. I just did not feel like it was meeting my expectations because of the service experience.

What I thought I was getting when I signed up was someone who was interested in my trees and shrubs. Someone to tell me what was wrong with this or that bush and why it was looking sick etc., and what I could do year round. For instance, when should I prune etc., But time after time they would just come out and spray and leave. This was all before Sam Illing became the tech who came to my home. Sam actually turned my opinion of Tru Green totally around. Meeting Sam kept me from canceling my service. As long as he is my tech I won't be canceling.

In a million words I could not tell Tru Green what a valuable employee Sam is. In my humble opinion, Sam needs to be training other tech's how to give outstanding service and valuable information to homeowners. We invest a lot in landscaping and Homeowners need what Tru Green provides. Thanks Sam and Tru Green
