WHEN TruGreen communicates ahead of time of their intended visit, we are usually compliant and have gates unlocked.
The lawn definitely looks wonderful this season so technically TruGreen knows their business.
It is consistent and timely communication that may lag.(Sorry, I just do not want an app on my phone that I do NOT use almost every day) whereas your company regularly sends out emails and should include notifications to customers prior to their lawn service dates.

Sometimes the communication with Tru Green is a little sketchy! They say they're coming, I put my dogs up for the day and they don't show. I am supposed to get a call before they come so I can make sure my dogs are put up and that doesn't happen either.

My yard is looking good, but we still have a problem with some little flat weeds. The technician knows about these and is treating for them.

The quality of the products used to kill the mosquitoes. The time frame of scheduled applications through the mosquito season. The respray guarantee if it rains after the application or you still have problem with mosquitoes. Sara Clark was very professional and did a very thorough job of spraying my front and back yard for mosquitoes.

I requested that you come back and treat the dallisgrass problem that I had in my backyard. You did a great job. Most of it was gone in a week. I would appreciate someone contacting me to let me know what you treated it with as I have some grass below my backyard fence that needs to be treated as well.

She answered all my questions, provided excellent customer service and provided tips and recommendations on how we could help ourselves prevent mosquitoes from hatching.
