There are lots of things to like about my TruGreen service! First, at my request, you schedule only on Fridays to assure that I can keep my dogs off of the lawn. This is HUGE for me! Second, either Kory or Roosevelt come to the door and explain my service to me. I love this personal touch! Third, if my weeds are not gone, I just call for a re-treat. It's super simple and assures that my lawn looks awesome all the time.

My lawn is consistently in great shape year after year. It takes a commitment from the homeowner. Results are not immediate. Yards need consistent care and time. Expectations of immediate perfection are not realistic. In my case (beginning years ago) a consistent change was evident by year two and by year three my lawn was where I wanted it to be. It hasn't changed since...not has my commitment to TruGreen.

You keep me informed. The guys that do the work are friendly and helpful. You are responsive to trouble areas in my lawn.

We are essentially weed free and fire ant free now. It took a year of good treatment to get rid of it all. But we are left with green grass.
