Lawn and shrubs do much better. Sara Clark came out in freezing (28F) conditions to do a service that another technician DID NOT do. Sara was extremely professional and courteous and communicated to me what she was doing. I wish she was ALWAYS our tech!! I give her a 10/10 for sure
