I like the professionalism and the promptness with which the Tru Green specialists perform their assigned schedules. One time I forgot to give the employee access to spray my back yard. Even tho it was totally my fault, he came back a day or two later and took care of it - no extra service call charge! Now, THAT's service!

Spoke with tech person when he arrived and and pointed out problem areas/he listened and treated those areas ...........I realized driving around my neighborhood how good my lawn looked compared to pretty much all others. I mean most lawns are ALL weeds . Much more noticeable since lawns are not green but the weeds sure are!!!

I had some questions regarding some shrubs in my landscape and Sara Clark was very knowledgeable and had some good recommendations.

My lawn tech Vont'e J is amazing. He answers all my questions and is very thorough.

I like the convenience of having lawn care regularly. My concern now is that my lawn has developed a lot of weeds this winter. Pre-emergent was applied in Oct and Dec however it looks like many spots were missed based on the amount of weedy areas.

The lawn stays nice and green with no weeds, and the price is right.

I really do not like paperless billing. ,If I can not have paper billing back again then I want more of a discount then what I am getting now ,if I am getting a discount. I am a Vietnam Veteran and senior citizen on a fixed income . I am not worried about you paying your workers, Where there is a will then there is a way. So there I have said it ,thank you.
