Our lawn tech specialist, Jimmy Westerman, is not only technically proficient he treats my yard like it was his own. He is always available to answer questions and knows our dogs by name!!! The product your company uses are definitely a step above the products you get in the big box stores (Lowe's and Home Depot). Weed control is above average.

Returning between regular services to ensure weeds are eliminated. For some reason this year was worse than past years and by calling you come back out.
One note for improvement - if the technician sees heavy weeds coming back out once after spraying without caliing would be really strong customer service.
