Corey Tedin is extremely knowlegable and so polite and always so informative. She always knocks on the door and takes time to talk to us to answer any questions and tell us about our yard. There was a period she was out due to her knee and someone else was taking care of our yard and it was not looking great but when Corey is taking care of it, it always looks healthy and we are proud to say we use Chemlawn. Corey has finaly come back as our Tech and we are elated as someone else was taking care of our yard and we were not happy. Please keep Corey Tedin as our tech permanately as she has been our tech for such a long time and has made such improvements and made it healthy looking. We are hoping it will come back to life now that she is our tech again. She is an amazing employee.

James Hall is our technician and has been for the past few years. His level of knowledge and experience is the reason we stay contracted with TruGreen. He takes the time to contact us before each visit, and talks with us on the phone if we will not be present during his visits. He examines the yard, determines the proper treatment and explains it all to us. When other techs have been assigned to our home, they are either very new and don't know the history of our lawn, or don't stay with TruGreen very long. We appreciate and value James for his communication, skill set and loyalty to his customers. He is THE BEST - we hope you are treating him well.

Keenan is great but I can't understand why the lawn treatment isn't working faster on the dead areas, especially in the back & north side where grass looks dead. What can I do other than constantly water those areas?

Keenan is great, but I notice more ant beds crop up after treatment. Why?

I've been a long term customer. My lawn does not look green this year and has a few more weeds than I've come to expect after all of my years of treatments. My rep was also changed who did a great job for me over the years...maybe all of this is connected.

I've been a customer for a long time & love your service, also love Lorenzo Moore, which usually comes. Today has Adevian Donald, which was good also. BUT AGAIN YOU DID NOT LEAVE ME A MESSAGE THE DAY BEFORE YOU CAME. I keep my gate locked so need this info the day or even 2 days before. This morning again I got the phone call at 7:30 or so to let me know you were coming. THIS IS NOT OK. I had already left my residence with the gate locked and once I read the message, had to go back home to unlock gate. UGH!!!!!!!! About every other service you do this to me. PLEASE GET THIS CORRECTED!!!!!!!!!!
