Oh my gosh where do I start. I have been going for a month now & already I see & feel a difference. I cam in walking with a cane, to scared to go with out since my balance was off due to recent knee replacement surgery. My surgeon said it would not get any better until I get my other knee done. I also need help with gaining strength in my legs. After just 11 visits I am already able to walk confidently with out the cane & can lift my leg up from the ground which I couldn't do before. I am still having trouble standing from a sitting position by my trainers are confident that will come with time & practice. Everyone there is so friendly & I really feel that when they are cheering me on that they really mean it. They want success as much as I do.
