I have only been a member for the last month, but I have seen a difference in how I look and most importantly how I feel. This is the first "gym" that I actually look forward to go to each session!
The trainers are good. I love that most machines track your progress and can adjust for injuries or soreness as well as different programs to challenge you. It's also very clean in there.

Friendly, encouraging staff. Equipment is very good and the gym is always neat and clean. Would highly recommend for someone with limited time, at any risk of injury, or trying to get into a routine to consider this format as the workouts are only 20 minutes and easy to schedule. A great mix of resistance strengthening and cardio in a short time.
This is my first time doing any kind of weight training. Sophia has been patient and encouraging in helping me know exactly what to do. Honestly, she makes the experience one that I can look forward to. She’s attentive to what I need and how to best help me. Everyone at the Arlington Heights location has been friendly. I would highly recommend it.

I find the exercises and different protocols a great way to stay fit and strong in both legs and upper body in a relatively short period of time. the 20 minutes 2x per week is easy and I always leave feeling better mentally and physically.
