I am new to this model of exercise. My initial interview was with Alec. I found him to be helpful and low-key which I appreciate. I am coming here, mainly for strength training. Although I am active, I have not really addressed that aspect of my health as an older person. I like that the facility is small. It is quite clean. I like that the sessions work you ,but are brief and adapt to your level of fitness. For me, this will be better than weight training or possibly the use of machines at the regular gym.

The entire staff works with me personally and professionally at every level - machine protocols, technique/form, (re)scheduling, etc. Twenty-minute workouts make it easy to adhere to a disciplined (and convenient) approach. Also, great nutrition guidance, including education and actual recipe suggestions.
I like the location and the ease of reaching the studio. I really like all of the coaches I ahve worked with. I like that I have 12 hours (not a full 24) to cancel/postpone a session if I need to. I like the ease of scheduling my sessions. I love the machines. I feel I am getting a very good workout in only 20 minutes.
A good alternative to traditional work outs. Only takes 20 minutes. The excecise personal are well trained and provide personal specific guidance.

This is the only exercise program I have stuck with in my entire life. The appointments hold me accountable to show up. I’m in and out in 20 minutes so there’s almost always time to get my workouts in and be consistent with it. Before I began this program I had lost so much muscle and was in terrible shape, and now, at 51 years old, I’m in the best shape of my life. Two 20 minute workouts twice a week plus smart diet changes made this happen. Highly recommend.

The trainer’s presence and guidance, their encouragement, the quick movement with the machines and had full body exercise in 20 minutes! Trainers are knowledgeable and are happy during interactions. Facility is extremely clean. I feel stronger and muscle strength after each session. It’s actually enjoyable and 20 minutes are done so quickly. Having appointments means no waiting for a machine.
