The team showed up on time and were very polite and explained the process well. They offered to come back the next day and re-do one of the problem spots at no charge if we were not happy with the result in 24 hours. We did not need to call them, but appreciated the offer very much.

I appreciated the professional manner your employees treated me with, from the
receptionist to the cleaner. We are very happy with the results and liked
Carlos, who cleaned our carpets. He told us to call, if any spots reappeared,
and he would take care of it. He was very careful with our furniture and
decorations.....he put booties on and even put corner guards on our walls, so the
hose wouldn't make marks on the wallpaper.

Associate was very professional, well groomed, good sense of humor, explained and showed us the difference as he was cleaning, he even called and asked if he could come early. The only reason you don't get a 10 is your pet treatment is far too expensive for people who are renting. I do not want to invest a small fortune cleaning someone elses carpets due to other peoples pets. Other than that all around good service. Thanks!
