Robert was my technician. He was prompt, courteous, professional and eager / energetic. I felt that Robert did a great job - he worked until the job was done instead of rushing to go to another job - he spent approximately 2 hours cleaning a pillow top king size mattress, bedroom carpet and bathroom tile / grout. Robert patiently explained the Zerorez process / methodology, and he showed me the contrast of an area that he had cleaned compared to an untreated area. The results were amazing! The work was done on a rental property, and I am going to change from a competitor to Zerorez on my personal residence. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Robert.

How clean the carpet is when done. It has been about 6 months since I had my carpet cleaned and even with 2 pets, when I wipe up a spill the cloth comes away from the carpet without the black, dirty residue that I have had from previous company's "cleaning".
