The fact that they do not use soap products that stay in your carpet. They use less water than like a Rug Doctor. The treatment of the water in the truck is PH balanced. The two men working were efficient and quick.
Your service representative (Spencer) was very professional, gave me info about the product and what were the buying options. And, my older carpet looks wonderful.
This was the first time we have used Zerorez. We were very impressed from the beginning when our Technician called and said he was 20 min out all the way to the end when he was finished. The technician we had was Robert. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. The outcome was fabulous. The carpet in our house is 10 years old and now looks fantastic. This was the first time they had ever been professionally cleaned and the pet spots we had that kept returning have not come back. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to every homeowner or business.
