My carpet looked wonderful! It is older and I never expected it to look so good! Carlos was ahead of schedule (and he called first), was extremely polite and explained everything before he started. He efficiently went right to work. My satisfaction, before he left, was obviously important to him. I have already recommended you to several people and I will be using you in the future for the rest of my carpets when I am ready to do that. Reliable, professional, and stains do not come back. You do a good job managing expectations. For example, if you have pet urine smell, if you don't purchase the treatment for that, it may not solve your odor problem.

I was very happy with the service people, the vents and carpet appear clean, however I did purchase a a new vacuum a Dyson and was very surprise to see the amount of DIRT that was pulled up flowing the cleaning
Aaron, our technician was friendly and professional. He also did a phenomenal job on the carpets and completely revived an old leather couch and chair. They haven't looked this good in years!!!
I have had at least half a dozen different carpet cleaners and Zerorez has clearly done the best job. The methods that were used made a lot of sense, e.g. working in the solution with a rake, but the results are the most important thing and I can say without a doubt, our carpet has never looked so good and feel so good since it was new. I am a big fan now of Zerorez.
