The techs took the time to educate me about where and to what extent my carpet was contaminated using a blacklight and special glasses. They even let me use the light and glasses myself to see what they were seeing. I expected it would take a miracle to make my carpet clean again. They performed a miracle! My carpets have never looked better. The last company that cleaned my carpets could not get a few stains out. After he left a little simple green got them right out. After my last carpet cleaning the traffic areas were the worse I have ever seen them be in just 6 months, could be the soaps he used to clean. After zerorez left, my 15 year old carpets look like new! Thank you zerorez I will be using you from now on.
