The technician that came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. The products dry quickly and do an excellent job. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I would not consider anyone else.
I like the professionalism of the young men who came to my house. They were on time, pleasant, well groomed and they got right to work. I also like the fact that there is no lingering soap and that my carpet dried fairly quickly and looks terrific. I'll certainly recommend Zerorez and will certainly become a repeat customer.

The first time my carpet was done there was a crust left on the carpert. I called and sked if there should be a crust. Zerorez was back that afternoon and completely redid the carpet. I did have special treatment for pet stains in the bathroom. Even after the second treatment there was still the pet smell.
We believe your committed to doing the best job possible. The Tile/Grout cleaner is awesome but overpriced - we would use this service more but its to expensive, wish we could buy your chem free cleaner for our home use.
The carpet looked great when they were done. It smelled clean, and I like that they use natural cleaning products. Employees were very friendly and professional.

Brian was excellent. He was very professional. He went above and beyond by helping me connect one of the ducts that was disconnected before he cleaned it. He also upsold me on the anti-microbial spray for the ducts, which myself being in sales can appreciate how doing that helps the company and wanted you to know that he is a great asset to your company. I am very hands on and felt that he was great about explaining what he was doing. I am very pleased with the service.
No mess and the guys were easy to work with and they stuck to the job at hand, yet were very personable and through. They were quick and cleaned up was like they hadn't been here except that the dirt was gone. Great experience!

Great job getting stains out. Quick Drying time and arrived as scheduled. All very important factors.
Very little moisture remaining in carpet; completely dry 12 hours later. Done much more quickly than others (1+ hours instead of 3+). Carpet spots were removed completely in all areas except two small ones that they could not get completely out.
