Client Testimonials

Always great service and pleasant people. I've already recommended them to several people!

The professional and prompt service continuum - start to finish, from taking my inquiry and setting up the appointment to delivery of services. The associates obviously take their responsibilities seriously and deliver and excellent product. I was especially appreciative of the ease with which I was able to adjust the scheduled cleaning and liked the confirmation emails and phone call. This builds confidence in the customer's mind. Carlos who did the cleaning was very professional but also personable and friendly - the kind of person you want coming into your home and helping you take care of it well. Thank you all! P.S. The cleaning was very effective and the cost was what brought us in the first place - affordable cost + quality = value !

The technicians are always friendly and they stay as long as necessary to make sure the job is done right!

Acommodates our schedule, as we had to make changes to original

Professional,prompt,job well done.
The office staff had been reluctant to have the carpets done because of residual chemical odors.
This was not the case with Zerorez. No odors,no mess and everything was done as had been discussed in the preliminary meeting.
Would gladly recommend Zerorez for any commercial or residential cleaning.

The tehc that came here was very professional and prompt.

I called Zerorez because of your high pressure power cleaning with no residue to clean my carpets, rugs and limestone floors. When I had specific questions on the care of limestone the technician, Patrick Geiger, took the time to answer all my concerns and called for further information when he was not exactly sure how to answer my detailed questions. I appreciated his professionalism and was pleased with the total outcome.

Residue free cleaning which does not affect my allergies. You're professional, friendly people.

Guy was fast and efficient, was determined to get every stain off my furniture. He did a great job.

Zerorez was professional and punctual, and the stain I was most worried about (i.e. vomit ) seemed to lift right out. I was impressed with the non-toxic mode of cleaning and the carpets were dry by that night.
