I am usually extremely satisfied with Zerorez, however this last cleaning did not seem to be a thorough as the last. I do have pet stains which I paid to have treated, but the results were not as good as they've been in the past. Also, I have a 5 gallon jug of cleaner that the service man will usually offer to fill, but not this time. Will still use Zerorez for future cleanings...
The carpet dried quickly and Aaron Ramos, the gentleman who cleaned our carpet was friendly, professional, and was able to answer my questions about the carpet cleaning. It was overall a great value for the money and something I plan on doing in the future.

Excellent cleaning, Carlos was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He is a hard worker. An enormous about of dirt and debris came out of our heating ducts. Carpets are crispy clean and bright!!!

The technician was wonderful but my husband was a little bothered by the idea that the hoses are dragged through different houses with unknown germs etc then dragged through our house.

My carpets look fantastic! The stains are gone and they look new. Carlos was quick, courteous and did a wonderful job. I will never clean my carpets with a traditional machine again. I am calling Zerorez next time and I will recommend them to my friends!!
The difference in the carpet was INCREDIBLE, service was quick, dry time even in the dead of winter was quick, and the technician was friendly but really professional.

Very much. Our carpets are getting older, and Grant found a way to perk them up. He was helpful, friendly, and made a suggestion on a brand name spot cleaner. Very friendly and informative
The service tech (Grant) was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional!!! He explained the whole process very thoroughly, unlike previous carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past. The orange scent spray was a very nice touch!
