My carpets look and smell great! When I've had other companies "shampoo" I always end up with headaches for a few days afterward due to the soapy/chemical smell left behind. Zerorez got my carpets clean without any chemical or soap odor. Also, your representative Tim who did the work was very helpful and honest about what would and would not work (we had some pet stains that would take soaking the pad and we chose not to do that based on price).
We enjoyed Tyson, who listened to our problems- after having a House Sitter here for 3 months. He assured us he could clean and sanitize our carpets, and he did. I really love the cleanliness, softness of our carpets, and the feeling that MY HOUSE IS CLEAN again.
i like the idea of not using soaps which leave a residue on the carpet. hopefully it will stay clean longer.. time will tell

I appreciated that when it was apparent that the first cleaning was not thorough, you sent another technician out to fix the problem. Not only was the first cleaning sub-par, but the first technician also took paint off of wall corners, and took small chunks out of the wall of the stairwell near most of the stairs with the cleaning tool. (I wouldn't have thought that he possibly could have done this, except I had just finished painting the walls a few days prior, so it was very clear how the missing paint/divots came about.) I would give a total zero out of ten on this question if I only had an experience with the first technician. However, the second technician was so FANTASTIC that I would recommend your company with the caveat that anyone I am recommending you for would ask for him (although I seem to have misplaced his name...possibly Carlos?) He took great care to do a wonderful job, AND also was very knowledgable and careful. I couldn't believe how great the carpet looked after he re-cleaned them. The first guy actually left stripes on the stairwell carpet; the second person made them look better than I thought possible! It seems like a problem for you all if you can't count on the same level of service from all of your technicians...
I was concerned about the type of fibers in the carpets and zerorez takes the worry out of it because the process is gentle and thorough. Plus I didn't have to do it!

It took less than 2 hours to complete the service and the technician was honest about the cost and adjusted it accordingly to save me some money. While I realize that the high traffic areas could not be completely restored, it did brighten up the carpet. By visual inspection, it looked better than before the service and it smelled so nice afterwards!

Left the room smelling fresh, not soapy. The tech was very polite (I thought the commercials were exaggerating, they don't). They are as friendly, well mannnered, well dressed as they say in the commercials. He was even concerned about animals that may escape from the house while he had the door open!
