My carpet looks fabulous and the price was reasonable.

I like that I can make my appointment online - no phone tree, no being on hold, etc. That makes it so convenient because I can do it in 2 minutes before work or before I go to bed. The technicians have always been polite, timely, and thorough. I love that our carpets are dry and beautiful within a few hours of the service.

I love that the service people do not attempt to sell you services you do not need/want. They are very up front about the cost and do everything in their power to save you money.
