We liked that the service man 'did' what the commercial said he would do - put booties on his shoes (and removed them when he went outside so they didn't get dirty!), was completely knowledgeable about Zerorez products and services and did his job competently and efficiently. We have already recommended Zerorez to several friends and will definitely give you a call when it's time to clean the carpets again.
No chemical smell and it dried really fast! The guy was really nice also and informed us on how to remove stains and spills.
Nathan was outstanding in how he conducted himself in our home. He was professional, did a thorough job and most of all was courteous. Never had a better job done on my stairs!! Usually I have gotten excuses like "oh they are worn" or "wait until they dry". But now they look like brand new!! Good job, but the technician also used lots of elbow grease!!
