I have dogs so I like that no chemicals are used (and for me too!) I especially like that I can actually see a difference during and after the cleaning...it's quite amazing how much dirt comes up, whereas I wasn't sure if I saw a difference with other cleaners.

The politeness of the people on the phone, as well as the person coming to clean. The carpet always looks, feels and smells clean and fresh. Next time I will ask for a pair of booties for me. Sometimes the carpet is still damp when I get home and I prefer to walk in socks. With booties I could put on shoes til the carpet dries. Thanks.

Our carpets are old and had a number of stains, from blood to dog urine, due to our old dog's illness and Carlos was able to get ALL the stains up! We are still in awe and so very pleased with him as well as your product! I wasn't there when they did the carpet, my husband was and he thought the tech was very professional.I was a bit concerned cause the carpet although in good shape had some dirt issues. When I say the carpet just yesterday I was VERY pleased- you did a great job!

The service person was very polite, professional, and helpful. He did not waste any time and worked very hard to remove all the puppy potty stains that were throughout the carpet. My home now smells fresh as a Daisy. The carpet looks like new and I couldn't be more pleased.
