I love that we are not dumping more chemicals into our home by "cleaning" it, when we use your service. I also appreciate how efficiently your technicians work. The carpets took a little longer to dry than we anticipated this time - but have to take into account the time of year. I really appreciated that since we didn't have three rooms of carpet to clean, the tech cleaned some of our smaller rugs for us instead. Thanks!

The product did get the carpets clean. I haven't had the carpets professionaly cleaned in a long time and there were some heavy duty dirt marks. For the most part they were cleaned.
The white carpet of the house we bought were VERY stained. We knew that most of them might not come out but were very pleased when 90% of the carpet looks like brand new.

My technician, Aaron, was on time, super friendly, and even helped me move some larger furniture items. He did an excellent job and he is the reason I would recommend zerorez to friends. He took extra time so I knew what he was doing to the carpet, and was all around a great guy. If my sister was single, I'd give him her number!

No soap residue. Friendly professional staff. Unfortunately I feel that $65 a gallon for pet treatment is over priced. Especially when a three foot area required three gallons. I want to have my other house cleaned but I'm worried it might cost too much compared to the compitition with equivelant service.
Our purpose in being in your home is to leave your home as clean as possible with pet issues we do have options that very in price and effectiveness to help meet budgets. It is difficult to know how deep a pet issue is and doing the sub extraction we have to use quite a bit of product to flush out and take care of the issues in the backing a pad of the carpet. Although you may find a Cheaper cleaner I am confident that our service, value and guarantee will save your money in the long run. also you revived a $25 you can use on your next clean. We appreciate the feed back and value your business.
