Good service and results... But the tech charged me $80 for some protectant spray on an $89.00 three room deal. When he asked if I wanted the protectant spray, I said yes as I got this for $20 in the past from Zerorez so he didn't tell me the price. Why was this so high? Why do I feel like because I can't find the price for this part of your service online I may have been swindled by the tech? Are they able to just st set their own pricing to boost their income?

Please have someone contact me... I'm sure you can trace my info from the source file for the survey. I still like the end results so I'd recommend you but this seemed a bit like I was being taken advantage of for an "add on" service that simply was a guy walking around for 3 min with a sprayer V's. 35 min of manual labor cleaning the carpets.

My technician was excellent- He explained about puppy urine and how it may spared w the really hot water but did not push me or try up upsell me. He did an excellent job and cared for my home like it was his own. I wish I could get this same guy every time. I believe this young man deserves a raise. Very professional
