One last thing that I am not sure is a normal service but the first time we used Zerorez we asked them to do 2 Microfiber couches that no one else would touch. Not only did they accept the challenge, the couches came out very nice looking and clean. We had food stains, pop stains baby formula stains etc... and it all come out of our couches.

Travis cleaned our carpets and got stains out that I never thought would come out. He was very professional and upfront with the price. Our carpets look like new again. I have limited time at home and Zerorez worked with me on my schedule. Carpets dried quickly and look beautiful. I will defiantly have Zerorez clean carpets again and request Travis Frank. I was thinking about getting new carpet in home now it looks like I have new carpet. Thanks Zerorez.

Quick, efficient, and thorough. I love walking into my house after having my carpets clean and smelling the fresh citrus scent. My technician was very polite and professional. I would really like to see discounts offered for additional services such as stairs and area rugs. I would have loved to have had my area rugs cleaned and edition but I am not willing to pay the high price for these products.

The only complaint I have is you had to come back out a couple day later because the spot that I needed cleaned did not come out and you charged me again for $60.00 more on Feb 1, 2016. On Jan 28,2016 you came out to clean a little blood out the size of a quarter for $88.00 dollars on new carpet. all total cost $148.00 I was told there would not be a charge to come back out. I feel I was over charged. I have used you many times because of how clean things get.

I did not like that the price I was quoted is not what I paid. I was told I would get the $89.95 anniversary special but the bill was for $132.00 3 rooms with a fourth free but only 3 rooms were done. Nothing was said about a free room.
This my first experience with Zerorex. I will definitely recommend the company as my carpet looks and feels cleaner than it has after previous cleaning from carpet cleaners. It also didn't take as long to dry. A nice cleaning job was also done on two recliners.
