Great service and it's a product that actually works!
Carpet ended up cleaner than I expected. The service man was very nice and professional. My only complaint is the cost of the extra solutions and not having been informed to expect to pay more than what i was quoted when I set up my appt.

The grout on our 20 year old tile floor is clean! Michael applied a cleaner and did a pre scrub. But the magic happened when he used the electric machine which washed the floor and removed the water. There is so mess and the floor dried quickly.
