We had to put our 13 year old Labrador down and had had some accidents on the carpet just before. We called zerorez and asked for same day service. Not only did they give us same day service, that got all the stains out. Couldn'the be any happier.

When we had a problem (some areas didn't appear clean), the Zerorez people worked quickly and courteously to resolve it.

The technitions were well informed about Carpet Cleaning. They put covers on their shoes. and were very polite. I have had your services in the past and will have my carpets cleaned again by you.

Kind workers, and ability to get (old) stains up. I also enjoyed the scent. Looking forward to having you back for the upstairs. Will also take advantage of the tile service you offer.

I have always been happy with my carpet,never wet and technicians very professional. I was unhappy ,Inrequestedvthe $99.00 special they were running also I only wanted my carpets cleaned not treated. The technician said we had not said we wanted the special and he did treat for pet stains. The bill was going to be over $300.00. We settled the matter I paid for pet stains. This was the first time I encountered this with them. I have highly recommend them to my customers but will tell them to make sure they dont add services.

Kind, efficient tech. Rusty lives working for your company! . We were told some time ago that the techs don't or can't accept tips. We were told today they could. So many companies won't allow their employees to accept gratuities. I would caution Rusty, although he was efficient and did a great job, not to tell his story of a woman promising to tip him a large amount of money if sphe got her carpet back to its original color from being VERY dirty. She never tipped him. His story is a good one but not for "on the job". It put me in an uncomfortable position when a tip was addressed as I didn't know the techs could accept them. We don't want to cause him any trouble, please, but just suggesting he keep it to himself in the future. I don't want to feel like I HAVE to add a tip unless the Company adds a "** tips may be accepted" on your brochure. Other than this ( and again, please take with a grain of salt) we love Zero Rez and have referred you to many of our friends and neighbors!! Thank you!
