My mom had used Zerorez at her home and was very impressed. She had a stain that just would not come out and Zerorez got it!! We have two inside dogs and they can really do a number on our floors. Also, our home smelled like a dog!! We have had other companies clean and no matter what they sprayed or re-cleaned - it always smelled worse than before they came.
We had Zerorez clean our carpets this time. The first thing I noticed was that the house smelled so clean!!! The second thing was that the carpets were dry and soft - not stiff after some other cleanings in the past. The guys were great; moved some furniture out of their way; wore booties; the whole bit. They really impressed my husband on how professional they were and how they explained why some areas were dirtier than what we would have thought. We will never go back to anyone but Zerorez. They are the dog's bark!!!

The staff that come into your home are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly. They do a great job explaining the different products available for pet accidents. I especially love the price specials offered to make keeping my carpets clean affordable and there are no harsh chemical smells when the job is done.

How professional Miles was, in explaining all the cleaning options available and in making sound recommendations. The cleaning went very well, very satisfied in how the carpets and couch came out. Miles was very careful throughout the house, making sure not to scratch anything or rub the walls with the hoses. Left the house as good as he found it, with very clean carpets. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone and would specifically request Miles to do it.

Dom was very knowledgeable about his product. I have used zerorez many times but Dom was the first to use the black light to look for pet stains on my carpet.

Two weeks in a row I had zerorez come out. Brent and his team were great again! I called to schedule an apt for a week out and they had me scheduled for the same day. I could not move a piece of furniture by myself and Brent and Cory had no problem helping me. In the future I will request them to come to the house.
