Two weeks in a row I had zerorez come out. Brent and his team were great again! I called to schedule an apt for a week out and they had me scheduled for the same day. I could not move a piece of furniture by myself and Brent and Cory had no problem helping me. In the future I will request them to come to the house.

You made the whole experience from beginning to end with ease. I do have a concern as we had carpeted stairs cleaned on Wednesday 3/2 and they are still quite wet/damp. As this is main access to house front door/back door they get a lot of traffic. I am concerned that we are getting them soiled and additionally crushing the knap of carpeting

Wow - where do I begin? You responded quickly. Miles showed up on time and was very professional. Miles' hard work and your products brought a very old sofa, ottoman and easy chair back to life. There was no stink remaining...your products actually smell GOOD! I will never go anywhere else to get upholstery and/or carpets cleaned again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I thought I was going to have to abandon my old furniture and spend too much on new stuff. Your services cost me a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the pieces.
I was unable to keep my appointment but they were able to fit in a client of ours and get her carpets cleaned. The house smelled fabulous after they had gone in and cleaned the home. The carpets looked great!
