I like how our service tech didn't try to pressure up sale. When I told him what I wanted he did it without trying to convince me what he thought I needed to get. I will be back. Also he was quick and thorough.

We received a call before the technician arrived to let us know he was close, he came in did an evaluation of the floors and got to work. He was thorough and did an outstanding job.
