Saturday November 26, 2016 was the second time I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets and both times they have done an excellent job. Cory was the person cleaning the carpet on Saturday and he did an outstanding job and was also very pleasant and helpful to work with. I also appreciated the reminder call the day before and the call from Zerorez the day of the service advising me of the time that Cory would arrive. Everything went very well and the carpet dried quickly.

The gentleman who did our two rooms was friendly and knowledgeable of the product and could answer all of my questions. We had some really bad areas and he worked hard to get them clean. I would rate his work and his work ethics a ten, very professional.
