Quick and efficient. Frankly, I was worried a couple of hours after the job because the carpet in our master bedroom showed ripples and bunching up...however, it was all smoothed out by morning.

I liked that the people answered the phone, called when they said they would regarding time frame, came when scheduled, cleaned my rugs perfectly, answered all my questions, were knowledgeable, polite, respected my home by wearing shoe covers & putting corner protectors on the wall corners so as not to mark the walls with their hoses and charged what they estimated the charge to be. Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend and will be the first to call when we need any of their services in the future.

I had an ottoman with urine from a male dog who sprays, the technician was honest and warned me it might not completely remove the pet stains. I told him I appreciated his honesty and wanted to proceed any way. He cleaned the ottoman and it smells a 100% better. Mostly, I appreciated his honesty, and then him allowing me to make a decision based on his feedback. It was refreshing to not be sold a product just to make a sale, but my customer satisfaction was more important than the sale!
